Blowout Club Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Blowout Club Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Final Sale – All subscription sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Non-Rollover Policy – Unused services do not roll over to the following month. Each subscription cycle provides a set number of blowouts, which must be used within the designated period.
3. Non-Transferable – The subscription is solely for the registered client and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to another individual.
4. Expiration & Usage – The subscription is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Any unused services will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
5. Cancellation & Renewal – The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Clients are responsible for managing their subscription status.
6. Appointment Policy – Blowouts are by appointment only and subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled service.
7. Service Modifications – The salon reserves the right to adjust pricing, policies, or services offered under the Blowout Club Subscription with prior notice to subscribers.
8. Salon Policies Apply – All standard salon policies, including cancellation, late arrival, and conduct policies, apply to subscription holders.
