Permanent Jewelry Terms & Conditions
By booking a permanent jewelry service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Final Sale – Permanent jewelry is a custom service, and all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made after the service is completed.
- No Warranty on Loss or Damage – Once the jewelry is applied, the client assumes full responsibility for its care. The salon is not liable for lost, broken, or damaged jewelry after the appointment.
- No Refunds or Replacements – If your jewelry falls off or breaks due to personal wear and tear, accidental damage, or external factors, replacement or repair will be subject to additional charges.
- Repair Policy – If your chain breaks within 7 days of application due to a faulty weld, a one-time complimentary reattachment will be offered. Beyond this period, repairs will incur a service fee.
- Customization & Fit – Once welded, the jewelry cannot be resized or altered without cutting and rewelding, which may require an additional fee. Clients must ensure they are satisfied with the fit before finalizing the service.
- Metal Sensitivities & Allergies – Clients are responsible for disclosing any metal allergies or sensitivities before the service. The salon is not liable for any allergic reactions.
- Medical & Safety Considerations – If you need to remove your jewelry for medical procedures (e.g., MRIs, surgeries), it must be cut off. Reattachment can be scheduled for an additional fee.
- Age Requirement – Clients must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian present to sign a consent form for the service.
- Appointment & Cancellation Policy – Appointments are required. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
- Service Adjustments – The salon reserves the right to adjust pricing, policies, or services at any time with prior notice.
By booking a permanent jewelry service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
